MEMORIAL MASS – Bishop John T. Kidd Council 4924 will be holding their Annual Memorial Mass honoring their deceased Brother Knights of the past year, at 11:00 a.m., November 8^th at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church. THERE WILL BE NO BRUNCH AT THE COUNCIL HALL THIS YEAR AFTER MASS.

Our sympathy is extended to the family of Brother John Gosselin

Brother John Gosselin passed away July 8^th, 2009. K of C prayers are being held on Friday evening at 7 p.m. at Marcotte Funeral Home in Tecumseh. Please try to attend. Further visitation will take place at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church on Saturday, July 11^th from 10:00 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m.

Brother Paul Fournier passed away on July 6^th, 2009. He was a life member of Council 4924. Visitation took place on Wednesday from 5 p.m. until funeral service at 7 p.m. No K of C prayers.

Our sympathy is extended to the family of Brother Robert J. Maclsaac

Brother Robert J. MacIsaac (98 years old) passed away this morning (April 13^th). He is also the father-in-law of Brother Tom Ray.

Knights of Columbus prayers will be held at Marcotte Funeral Home on Wednesday evening at 7:30 p.m.

Visitation will be Wednesday, April 15^th, from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. with funeral being held on Thursday at 1:00 p.m. at St. Anne’s Church in Tecumseh.

Our sympathy is extended to the family of Brother Bob Dowhan

I have just been advised this morning (March 14^th) that Brother Bob Dowhan has passed away from liver cancer.

He was hospitalized last week for tests and sent home Tuesday , March 10^th.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete. Please watch the Monday, Windsor Star obits for the arrangements.

Since our Memorial Mass on November 11^th, 2008, we have lost seven Brothers.

Brother Eugene Desjardins is presently in Hotel Dieu Hospital in Room 701 B. He does not know how long he will be there, but visitors are welcome.

Michael Uhrin

UHRIN, Michael Our dear father passed away after a lengthy illness on
February 26, 2009 at the age of 75 years. Beloved husband of 54 years to the
late Annette (Nee Breault) (January 26, 2009). Loving father of Gary (Mary),
the late Johnny (1957), David, Janis (Dan) Fox, and Michael Jr. Loving
grandfather of Daryl & Stephanie Uhrin and Sean & Karly Fox. Predeceased by
his parents Jan and Zuzana, and brothers Jan & George. Also survived by many
in-laws, nieces and nephews. Special thanks to the 4 north nursing staff at
Metropolitan Hospital. Visitation at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME, 1700
Tecumseh Rd. E. on Friday, February 27, 2008 from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Parish
prayers Friday at 4 p.m. and Knights of Columbus Bishop T. Kidd Council
#4924 prayers Friday evening. Relatives and friends will be received for
visitation on Saturday, February 28, 2009 at St. John Vianney Church (385
Dieppe Street) from 9:30 a.m. until time of Funeral Mass at 10 a.m.
Interment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy,
donations may be made to CNIB or Crohns and Colitis Foundation of Canada.
